limitations in Infobase

Is there a limitation on infobase content? I have a customer who wants to upload all their documentation (e-books, presentations, datasheets, PowerPoints (as PDF) etc.) to Infobase, and have a workflow where they will make the form available on an internal website - so that one can ask about anything from the materials they have uploaded.Would this work in Copy.ai/infobase?

Looking for Support: Scraping specific jobs (role + location) 

Hey, happy if you could support me with building a workflow to scraping jobs from company websites (role + location).  What I would I like to achieve: Input: List of companies  Task: Get job openings in a) Human Resources b) specific location like ‘France’ or ‘remote’ Output: Get an output that I can convert into a XML to upload into a job board.  Any idea how I could create the above? Thanks so much!

Troubleshooting SEND API REQUEST action

I receive the generic message:A server error occurredWhen I try and connect to an REST API When I try and send it to webhook.site, to just see what the request looks like, I get:Action "Send API Request (1)" Failed -- A server error occurred. I see nothing in the network panel or console that would help troubleshoot this. Is there somewhere in the platform where I can view logs?

Do you know what this error means?

Hello fellow Copy.ai-ers! I’m getting this error when I’m testing a workflow I built around extracting information from text and using it to write an article. The error happens even before the first step completes, which is Extract Data from Text. Here’s what I get: Error:An unknown error occurred. liquidVariables are required when isPromptLiquid=trueDoes anyone know what this means?Thanks!

HOW TO: Highly personalized B2B email campaign

Hi thereHow do I got about creating a highly personalized B2B email campaign for 25 potential enterprise customers. This campaign should consist of 3 emails per customer, each being as personalized as possible to the specific contact. Additionally, the process should be scalable to work for 100 other leads. I have an .xlsx file with the 25 leads including, name, role, company, industry, and website.I’ve tried a couple of workflows from scratch and the cold email template but am not getting good results.I’d appreciate any insights or support. Thank you kindly!

Is it possible to use #Infobase items inside of a Workflow Build?

Is it possible to use #Infobase items inside of a Workflow Build?I see a “Press # to insert data” notation beneath a “Content brief’ field in the Build section but when I enter a # my Infobase list doesn’t popup the way it pops up in the Chat section.Does the notation “Press # to insert data” refer to the Infobase or does it mean something entirely different?
