Hi 

I have some problems with Teams in Workflows.

 

I can connect to Teams, but either my Teams or channels are show so that I can choose from them?

Any solutions ? - see below screen dumps

 

Hi Henning Karlson - I’ve engaged support on our end to take a look.  For future reference, to ensure you get the attention of support simply send an email to support@copy.ai and that will be routed to our Intercom instance where the team operates.

For today, however, we’ve made a fix on the integration end, but your connector is currently in a bad saved state.  Please go into your Teams connection and rename it to indicate it is the old connection.  Then make a new connection and rename it so that you know it is the new connecction.  Then when you select the new connection in the workflow action, it will properly give you the team and channel options.  Here’s some helpful screenshots:
