Do you know what this error means?

Hello fellow Copy.ai-ers! I’m getting this error when I’m testing a workflow I built around extracting information from text and using it to write an article. The error happens even before the first step completes, which is Extract Data from Text. Here’s what I get: Error:An unknown error occurred. liquidVariables are required when isPromptLiquid=trueDoes anyone know what this means?Thanks!

Is it possible to use #Infobase items inside of a Workflow Build?

Is it possible to use #Infobase items inside of a Workflow Build?I see a “Press # to insert data” notation beneath a “Content brief’ field in the Build section but when I enter a # my Infobase list doesn’t popup the way it pops up in the Chat section.Does the notation “Press # to insert data” refer to the Infobase or does it mean something entirely different?

Paragraph generator, paraphrasing tool, paragraph rewriter isn't working. No matter how many times I click on the "submit" button it just doesn't work. I don't know what I am supposed to do? I changed my network, device multiple times but it just doesn't work. I have complained alot of time but there's no progress or changes. Can someone fix here.
